Burgundy Redux for Wine On The Road

While Tuscany and Piedmont were amazing, I’d been looking forward to the trip’s final week in Burgundy since I first booked my airfare in mid-summer. After all, red and white Burgundies (made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, respectively) are among my most favorite wines, and my journey was timed to coincide with the Hospices de Beaune, the oldest and most famous wine charity event in the world.
