Project Brief

Client Bentley Baths, a Colorado-based provider of walk-in bathtubs, showers, and other aging-in-place products and services (2016-2017).

Engagement: Consult as “Director of Marketing.”

Deliverables: We created and developed all marketing, sales, operational, and administrative systems and associated forms, templates, and procedures. We ran the marketing department, and also planned and documented the sales and operational side of the business while producing an online Operations Manual.

Staffing: One (1) Senior Consultant, one (1) Consultant.

Results: A 20+% monthly average increase in lead generation activity that initially occurred within one month of being hired.  Measurably increased job satisfaction for employees in all areas due to the certainty of accurate, written procedures.
